Rent is $600 a month and includes:

- All utilities
- A comfortable and spacious shared bedroom
- A large, shared bathroom
- Shared common areas including kitchen, living room, and laundry room
- Laundry supplies
- Household supplies
- Some groceries
- Hot meals (monthly)
- Transportation services to mental health appointments.

A $150 nonrefundable security deposit is due upon move-in.
