Hope Transitional House for Women
Life, Hope, and Change Inc. opened Inc. the beautifully furnished four-bedroom, two-bathroom, Hope Transitional House for Women in August 2024. The home located is in Southwest, Houston Texas and provide stable housing for nine single women between the ages of 18-65.
The women share the kitchen, the living room, and the laundry as common areas. The Hope Transitional House for Women is minutes away from public transportation and within walking distance of local grocery stores.
Life Hope and Change offer case management, substance abuse, counseling, credit counseling, employment assistance and life skills.

Supportive Housing and Reentry Program
The Life, Hope, and Change Supportive Housing Program provides SAFE Housing for women transitioning from incarceration back into society. Our Safe Housing offers transitional housing in a supportive environment, case management and counseling, individualized support addressing substance recovery, financial literacy, life skills and credit counseling, while also providing basic needs and transportation assistance and training and mentoring.
